Position Summary

 

Brighter Stronger Foundation is a dedicated outpatient  clinic committed to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals and families. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary
  • Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and community resources
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Requirements

 

Minimum Requirements for Success 

  • LGPC/LCPC, LGFT/LCMFT, LMSW/LCSW-C
  • Active Maryland license
  • Interest in providing a minimum of 8 sessions/week
  • Access to high-speed internet
  • Clean driving record with no more than 2 points
  • Satisfactory CJIS report.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families in crisis
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality and Privacy Policies

Salary Description
$70,000 - $85,000 plus $5,000 sign on bonus
